This is the most popular classic size Japanese wood bento box. Only a handful is made with limited hands at Shibatatoku.  Ms. Shibata wants to continue making for Goenne's customers so she made them exclusive for us.  Once sold out, there will be 2-3 months wait to re-stock.  We are super grateful for all your support and being so patient with the slow delivery. 
  
The box comes with a loose divider so you can portion the box according to your food.  Besides typical Japanese-style lunch set with an assortment of small dishes, this size bento box is perfect for sandwiches, hotdogs, salad, cookies... 
 
And who said bento box is only made for food?  Just be creative.  It can be used as storage containers for anything.  
 
Made with finely planed 4mm thick cedar wood with the iconic sakura bark stitching.   It has a very pleasant aroma of cedar wood.  Bento boxes is the most popular item and veteran artisan Mr. Morita with over 50 years of experience can make about 60 units a day.
